About me

I've carried the number. Not just advised on it.

I work with B2B SaaS founders who need sharper GTM focus, stronger commercial rhythm and practical senior support before a full-time revenue hire.

I started in GTM the way most people do — as an early sales hire at a startup, figuring out what to say to prospects because nobody had written it down yet. That company scaled from a handful of logos to an $8M ARR business, and by the end of it I was running the entire revenue org: sales, onboarding, and the beginning of a customer success function.

I did that twice more at two other B2B SaaS companies, in different verticals, with different founders and different investors. What stayed the same every time was the pattern: founders are exceptional at getting the first 10–20 customers through sheer force of will, and then hit a wall the moment they need that motion to work without them in every call.

That wall is where I now spend my time. As a fractional VP Revenue, I step in as the person accountable for pipeline, forecast, and the first sales hires — the same seat I held full-time, minus the 12-month ramp and the six-figure base salary before you know if it's working.

"I'm not here to hand you a slide deck of best practices. I'm here to own the number until your team can own it without me."

Operator, not observerI get close enough to the business to influence decisions and execution, not just write recommendations.
Sequence over tacticsDiagnose, build, scale — in that order. Doing it out of order is what wastes a founder's runway.
Commercial honestyI challenge assumptions, focus on the metrics that matter and aim for durable progress over vanity activity.
Built to leaveEvery engagement ends with a system and a team that runs the motion without me — not a dependency on a consultant.
Most consultants

Sell a framework.

A workshop, a slide deck, a template library — useful if what you need is a framework, and nothing more.

This is different

I sell outcomes.

Same Slack channel, same pipeline tool, same weekly forecast call as if I were on payroll — accountable to the same number you are.

The result

A team, not a dependency.

I hire and coach your first reps, and hand off a documented motion your team can run without me.

Let's see if it's a fit.

A 30-minute call is enough to know whether a fractional VP Revenue makes sense for where you are right now.
